By using imgtoolz.io (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

ImgToolz provides free, browser-based image processing tools including compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, background removal, watermarking, and PDF conversion. All processing runs locally in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Service to process images you do not have the right to use or modify.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
  • Use automated tools to overload or attack the Service.
  • Use the Service to process, generate, or distribute illegal content.

3. Your files

You retain full ownership of all files you process through ImgToolz. Because all processing occurs locally in your browser, your files are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We have no access to your files and grant no licence to them.

4. Free service

The Service is provided free of charge, supported by advertising. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions, or usage limits. We reserve the right to introduce reasonable usage limits in the future with notice.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Image processing results may vary depending on the browser, device capabilities, and input file.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImgToolz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability shall not exceed €100.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
